Earlier this year, OSHA developed a vigorous regulatory agenda for Spring 2023. In addition to the proposed regulations, OSHA has instituted numerous new practices and protocols that will affect employers in the near future. This webinar will go over the current proposed rulemaking and recent changes, as well as provide insight to employers on how to avoid liability. We also will discuss the following developments:
