Daniel Johnson

Daniel Johnson has significant experience in all aspects of single plaintiff litigation and restrictive covenant issues. In addition to a heavy litigation practice, he provides clients sophisticated, yet practical, advice on the gambit of issues confronting employers on a daily basis including leaves of absence, reasonable accommodations, workplace investigations, and employee discipline. 

Daniel’s litigation experience includes representation of employers on a range of workplace issues, including discrimination and harassment, retaliation, whistleblower claims, wage and hour disputes, restrictive covenant matter, and appellate practice, including oral argument, in state and federal courts. Daniel’s experience also includes bench and jury trials, and a number of arbitrations.
