He also handles wage and hour disputes, including issues related to meal and rest breaks and litigation involving pay transparency and salary disclosures in job postings. Daniel regularly defends employers in government audits and investigations conducted by agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Seattle Office of Labor Standards (OLS).
With deep personal and professional ties to South Korea, Daniel advises Korean companies expanding into the U.S. market.
