Elizabeth A. Whiting

Elizabeth A. Whiting focuses her practice on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, as well as immigration policy and compliance and I-9 compliance.
Elizabeth was a clerk for Littler’s immigration practice during her third year of law school. Also, Elizabeth interned for U.S. District Judge Ursula Ungaro at the Southern District of Florida and at the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida. Throughout law school, she was an intern and clinical fellow at the University of Miami School of Law Health Rights Clinic, which represents HIV/AIDS patients at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital in administrative hearings and federal appeals related to social security and immigration matters. Elizabeth served as Dean’s Fellow (Property) for the University of Miami School of Law’s Academic Achievement Program and as articles and comments editor on the University of Miami School of Law Inter-American Law Review. She participated in the law school’s exchange seminar program at the University of Leipzig in Leipzig, Germany.
