Emily Gaines represents and counsels employers on a broad range of employment and labor law matters.
During law school, Emily held internships at the New York City Office of Collective Bargaining; the New York City Law Department, Labor and Employment Division; and The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Mediation Unit; in addition to Littler. She was also an articles editor for the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal.
