
As the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, Jen Klein is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that enhance the firm’s brand, drives business growth and ensures alignments with Littler’s vision, mission and strategic goals.
In her role, Jen oversees brand and reputation management, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. She also leads the firm’s internal and external communications, public relations, digital and social media, website, and creative services teams.
A strategic thinker, Jen has initiated marketing and communications strategies to achieve Littler’s business objectives. She works closely with key stakeholders to guide the firm’s efforts to further grow Littler’s position as the premier global labor and employment law firm.
With more than 30 years of marketing communications experience, Jen started her career on the agency side representing consumer brands and professional services organizations. In 2011, she moved to Littler where she began her in-house career. She has a proven track record of brand management and public relations. A creative thinker, she has a passion for marketing and communications and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Jen earned her B.A. in Communications from North Carolina State University. She has also participated in Littler’s LEAD Program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
