Overview

Luke W. Molleck advises and counsels management on a variety of employment law issues, including policy and procedure on workplace discrimination, Title VII, ADEA, ADA accommodations, discipline and discharge, and wage and hour. Luke also represents clients in administrative hearings and mediations before state and federal employment commissions as well as in state and federal court.

Prior to joining Littler in 2021, Luke worked as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Patrick Flanagan, Second Judicial District Court, State of Nevada. Luke also worked as an associate attorney for a civil defense firm, practicing complex civil litigation and defending various municipalities and private insureds, and served as general counsel for a Nevada employers' association.
