Overview

Stacey Eisenstein has extensive experience representing professional sports leagues, collegiate athletic conferences, individual teams, and other employers in the sports and entertainment industries. She has handled numerous high profile and precedent-setting arbitrations and federal court disputes, including those involving discipline of professional athletes, collective bargaining, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and benefits disputes under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974. Eisenstein has been recognized by the National Law Journal as a trailblazer in both sports and employment law and as a top employment defense lawyer by Washingtonian.

She previously taught sports law and negotiation as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University’s Sports Industry Management Program.
