Malcolm J. Ingram advises employers through all phases of litigation and dispute resolution before federal courts, state courts, and administrative agencies. He has defended clients against an array of employment law matters, including discrimination and harassment claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act, among others. Malcolm also regularly handles litigation involving wage and hour claims and misappropriation of trade secrets.

His practice also includes conducting internal workplace investigations and advising clients on various matters that arise in the employer-employee relationship, including those relating to hiring, discipline and performance management, and leaves of absence and disability accommodation. Malcolm has represented clients in industries that span healthcare, franchising, manufacturing, staffing and nonprofits.
