Malcolm J. Ingram advises employers through all phases of litigation and dispute resolution before federal courts, state courts, and administrative agencies. He has defended clients against an array of employment law matters, including discrimination and harassment claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act, among others.
