DALLAS, TX (October 21, 2013) –Littler Mendelson, P.C. (Littler), the world’s largest employment and labor law firm representing management, has added Celeste R. Yeager as a shareholder to the firm’s Dallas office. Yeager, previously a partner with Gardere and vice chair of its Hospitality Industry Team, brings a comprehensive labor and employment litigation and counseling practice to Littler.

Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Labor and Employment Law, Yeager represents clients in a wide variety of employment disputes, including class and collective actions before local, state and federal courts. Her counseling and litigation experience includes: the Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act, and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.
In addition to her litigation practice, Yeager has a traditional labor practice representing clients with organized workforces before the National Labor Relations Board and counseling clients on avoiding union organizing, handling campaigns, and negotiating collective bargaining agreements. She also analyzes employment issues related to corporate transactions, including asset and stock purchase agreements, and drafts and enforces employment agreements, non- compete and confidentially agreements, and severance agreements.

Active in the community, Yeager currently serves as board member of the Fine Arts Chamber Players and is a member of Attorneys Serving the Community. She is also a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. She is listed in the 2014 edition of Best Lawyers in America in Litigation – Labor and Employment and was recognized by Thomson Reuters Business as a Rising Star in 2005, 2007, 2008 and 2011-2013 in Labor and Employment.
Yeager received her J.D. from Baylor Law School and earned her B.A. from Baylor University.
